Standard machines by Rens Automation: innovative and successful in practice

Rens Automation has developed a machine, called ‘UC-600e’, that is capable of cutting various delicate products into very tight cuts. By using a robot and ultrasonic knife, the machine is very flexible. This combination results in one machine that can cut round pastry (pie and cakes) and traybakes in all sizes.
The UC-600 is the latest ultrasonic all-rounder by Rens Automation. This slicer can easily be integrated into any existing production line. Moreover, the UC-600 is capable of cutting a wide range of different pastries and only requires minimal conversion.
CUTTING DELICATE PRODUCTS
The HSC 1-12 is equipped with ultra-thin saw blades that can effortlessly cut through all sorts of delicate traybakes, such as tompouce, at full speed. Due to the oscillating cutting movement, the HSC 1-12 is the very best solution for cutting traybakes into small or large rectangles.
HALVING VLaai and pIES
The BSC-400 can accurately slice pies in half at high speed. When developing this machine, Rens Automation paid special attention to efficiency, reliability and a long lifespan.
Slicing vlaai and pie
The EC-400 slicer was specially developed for slicing vlaai and pie. Thanks to its innovative blade drive and conveyor, it can slice vlaai and pie into portions with great accuracy and speed.
