Cutting tompouce and millefeuille pastry is a skill in and of itself, and Rens Automation knows exactly what it takes. The HSC 1-12 slicer was specially developed for slicing fresh pastries with several layers of varying textures and structures. The HSC 1-12 can effortlessly cut pastry with a hard crust and soft filling into neat, stable slices. The layers will remain strictly separate, resulting in a perfectly cut slice of high-quality pastry.

The HSC 1-12 cuts fast, clean and sharp

Thanks to the innovative oscillating cutting movement, the thin saw blades effortlessly cut through delicate traybakes at high speeds. The blades are less than 0.5 mm wide, restricting product loss to a minimum. Slice size is variable and can be set as desired. The HSC 1-12 produces considerably better results when slicing tompouce and millefeuille pastry than machines equipped with other slicing systems.
